La postazione comprende:

· una vasca in moplen® con portellone apribile;

· una mensola laterale alla vasca;

· un’elettrovalvola a 24 Volts;

· uno scambiatore di calore per il riscaldamento dell’aria con alloggiamento di sicurezza;

· un soffiatore (pulsore) da 1100 Watts;

· una gettoniera a 230 Volts con 20 gettoni (o un sistema a chiavetta ricaricabile con sovrapprezzo)==> vedi www.toelettaturaselfservice.com oppure www.washpet.com.

Sono da predisporre gli allacciamenti idrici, elettrici e l’elettrovalvola che comanderà l’erogazione dell’acqua calda.

Due o più postazioni possono essere separate da muretti in PVC (come quello nella foto)==>vedi www.toelettaturaselfservice.com.

La gettoniera è provvista internamente di timer regolabile per impostare la durata del singolo gettone.**

Lo scambiatore è equipaggiato con una sicurezza termica per evitare che si oltrepassino le temperature desiderate.

**= solitamente si assegna al singolo gettone un valore di € 2,00 (~2,50 CHF) ed una durata di tre minuti. Mediamente il lavaggio di un soggetto medio/piccolo dura 20’ e di un soggetto medio/grande 35’ per cui si può ipotizzare nel primo caso un incasso di € 14,00 (~18,00 CHF) e nel secondo di € 24,00 (~30,00 CHF). Si consiglia comunque di calcolare un minimo di € 0,65/0,70 (~ 0,90 CHF) per ogni minuto impiegato nell’uso delle attrezzature.

The station includes:

· 1 Moplen^® tub with door;

· 1 shelf on the side of the tub;

· 1 electric valve (24 V);

· 1 heat exchanger for air heating with safety housing;

· 1 blower (1100 W);

· 1 token acceptor (230 V) and 20 tokens (or a system of " rechargeable key").

The water and electrical connections as well as the electric valve for hot water supply must be prepared in advance.

Several stations can be separated with PVC partitions (see picture) ==>see www.toelettaturaselfservice.com. or www.washpet.com.

The token acceptor is equipped with an adjustable timer to set token duration.**

The heat exchanger is equipped with a safety thermal relay to avoid exceeding the temperature required.

**= In general each token is sold at € 2.00 (~2,60 CHF) and has a 3 minutes duration. On average washing a medium/small size pet takes 20’ and a medium/large size pet takes 35’; totaling a revenue of

€ 14.00 (~18,00 CHF) in the first case and € 24.00 (~30,00 CHF) in the second case. However we recommend setting a minimum of € .65/.70 (~ 0,90 CHF) for each minute of equipment usage.
